John Grantham

John Grantham is Vice President of Operations and Environmental, Health & Safety for Diamond Infrastructure Solutions. In this role, he leads the company's Operations and EHS organizations, with responsibility for advancing safe, reliable, and efficient operations across Diamond's infrastructure portfolio.

Prior to joining Diamond Infrastructure Solutions, John held numerous manufacturing and operations leadership roles with Dow, including Site Director for the Oyster Creek Division and TXOps Hydrocarbons Manufacturing Leader in Freeport, Texas. He also served as Production Leader for the LHC8 facility in Freeport and held manufacturing leadership positions in Seadrift, Texas, and Terneuzen, Netherlands. Additionally, John served as Executive Assistant to Dow's Vice President of Operations, supporting the Operations Leadership Team and leading strategic business initiatives.

John began his career in engineering and process safety roles, building deep expertise in asset optimization, process safety, operational excellence, and manufacturing leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and was previously Chair of the EH&S Committee for the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council.
