Houston, TX — Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has named John Grantham as Vice President of Operations & Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), effective July 2026. He succeeds Otto Parets, whose leadership helped establish a strong operational foundation for Diamond Infrastructure Solutions and who will retire later this year.
In this role, Grantham will lead Diamond's Operations and EHS organizations, with responsibility for advancing safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the company's infrastructure portfolio. He will play a key role in strengthening operational performance, supporting customers and stakeholders, and continuing to foster a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Grantham joins Diamond following a distinguished career with Dow, where he most recently served as Site Director for the Oyster Creek Division and TXOps Hydrocarbons Manufacturing Leader in Freeport, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for the safe and reliable operation of multiple large-scale hydrocarbons manufacturing facilities.
Over the course of his career, Grantham has held a variety of manufacturing and operational leadership positions in the United States and Europe, including leadership assignments in Seadrift, Texas, and Terneuzen, Netherlands. He also served as Executive Assistant to Dow's Vice President of Operations, supporting strategic initiatives and the company's Operations Leadership Team.
A chemical engineer by training, Grantham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has also been actively involved in industry and community organizations, including serving as Chair of the Environmental, Health & Safety Committee for the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council.
